Or is it Channukah?Whatever it is, it's that magical time of year when we celebrate the miracle of the oil lamp. And so my parents dress me up yet again for another super-cute photo op.
OK, before we get a bunch of comments and wagging fingers, we do realize that we lit the candles in the wrong order. But hey, what do you expect from parents who have a wide variety of religious heritages: Christian, Jewish, Muslim and Jedi, just to name a few.
Bottom line: this year is my first EVERYTHING, so I promise next year I'll be a pro. Hey, maybe then I can have some of those chocolate coins and latkes!
